PC restarting when running desgining software

Hi

I am facing a problem with my PC, I had assembled a PC with Core 2 Duo with Intel 945 motherboard. When I am running a CAD software which doesnot require any grahics card(sure of it) and tries to click on a button on the toolbar of theta software it restarts. Sometimes it works OK and sometimes it restarts...

can anyone tell me whatz wrong with the PC???

Is anything to be done in BOIS setting ....???

that surely does not require modifying the BIOS

I would guess the software is not installed properly or it has bugs ... do you use the most recent version of that software ?
