ATI RADEON HD 3650 QUESTION !

HI, I need info. about the ati radeon hd 3650 video card-will it play all the games out now ? how well will it play them ? will I have to turn alot of stuff down or off ? will turning things down/off ruin the game/game play, make it alot less fun ? will games still be worth playing ? will this card be capable of playing/running 2009 games ? (opinions). thanks !

sorry, I was just trying hard to find out about the video card, I am fairly new to forums, pc"s, and forum rules protocols.
