Hey, when I turned on the PC today, I had this error message that came up on the screen which is about ENABLING THE MONITOR OUTPUT OF THE CARD in the monitor properties. But when I go to the settings in the display properties, I couldn't find anything to enable the properties. Now, this problem is also slowing the page loading speed as well (Internet, normal folders etc) when scrolling it down with the mouse.

I also used to have various resolutions to apply but now I only have 3 of em left on the screen to change(LOOK AT THE SCREENSHOT)

this looks very much like your display driver got corrupted ... try uninstalling it
remove everything that is left behind with Driver Cleaner
and reinstall the latest driver
